Small Parcel Insets:
Parcels under a minimum acreage are typically left out of traditional plat books. Our plat books can include small parcel insets maps where we enlarge the map and show either a reference number or address on each small parcel. These numbers can be cross referenced in a special index in the plat book to obtain owner names. With these insets, you can show ownership information for every parcel in the county, not just large rural parcels!
